3. Two recommendation letters from advisor/Professor of the last school attended.

4. The most Recent HSK, IELTS, TOFEL score report.

5. A detailed proposal for study and research in China.

6. List of academic publications, copies of representative works or abstracts of the article or any extracurricular activity no more than 3 copies (if have).

7. Physical Examination Record for Foreigner (Download the form online/ tell me to send you).

8. Submit a notarized No Criminal Activity Certificate. 

9. Bank statement.
