Agreement & Processing
This contract is between SATIL
EDUCATION CONSULTANTS & Students to define the terms and conditions for the
application process of scholarship in abroad. This is why the company has
service charges for the services we are providing. SATIL EDUCATION CONSULTANTS is the biggest
scholarship providing group in China. The company has rules and regulations
regarding the application process which is given below.
At first, you send us all the
documents. After that we can tell you can we do or not. If we say yes then you
need to prepare your application fee or file opening charge. If you agree with
us (means you want to do this by us) just confirm for us. We will continue your
file. When we do the meeting with the university or teacher at that time we
will give them your file by hand to hand. If they confirm its means your seat
is confirmed. Then you give us to apply the fee. After you need to pass one
interview (don't worry about it). Because we will tell you, what type of
question they ask you. We are connected with the international exchange
officer, So if he/she accepted your papers means you are select for the
interview. Your department teacher takes your interview.
Total Service Charges for
language/diploma Scholarships 600 USD, for Bachelors Scholarships 1200 USD
& for Master/Ph.D. Scholarships 1500 USD. The application fee is 100 USD.
To pay the rest money will be paid once the students receive the picture of
JW201 or JW202 (Visa Invitation Letter) from the company. If the documents are
going to be sent to another country then the student must pay courier service
charges.
If the admission is not done
then the refundable amount is 70 USD from application fee and the other 30 USD
will be deducted as a processing fee and company will provide proof of
applications done at different universities in China.
The student has to wait for the
announcement or the result of the scholarships. The results of all the
universities are given by June-July The company is not responsible for the
delay by the government office or university office.
Students should avail all jobs
and study opportunities during the procedure of scholarship if they get any in
their country or other countries because this scholarship is not promised 100%
confirm scholarship. So students should not blame the company that their time
is wasted or loss of opportunities because of the application procedure. Keep
in mind that
This scholarship is not 100%
confirm but it is a chance-based and merit-based scholarship because there are
many factors which affect the selection of the students for study in China on
scholarship, for example, their marks in the previous degree, their area of
origin, their experience in the relevant field and quality of their documents
but the company try their best to confirm their seats by using their four years
of experience in this field and doing the lobbying for the students to get
accepted.
If a student is not selected in
any of the places where the company had applied then that case will be
considered as not successful. In this case, the company will refund 70% USD
from the application fee within the next 20 working days.
In this application process all
the documents will be provided by the students and they will be responsible for
the credibility of the documents.
All the payments will be done
at the current US Dollars Rate, for example, if a student sends 100 USD in RMB
then the same amount of RMB will be paid back at the time of refunding
application fee if needed. If the case is successful then the student can
always check the USD rate online and transfer the payments, no matter in those
days rates of USD are lower or higher. This point is just to make a system of
payments and rates.
The student is applying for a
fully-funded scholarship by the Chinese Government and university scholarships.
This company will apply to multiple places to maximize the chances of
selection. If a student has a specific list of universities and cities where
he/she wants to go then in this case if that university has any application fee
then the student must pay for it and if the students are not selected then no
application fee will be refunded. The company has vast experience and research
related to all universities in China and students from all countries, that's
why we choose special places where we think the student has a higher chance of
getting accepted.
